Silicon validation engineer jobs , TSMC

Silicon validation for internal testchip including SOC, 3DIC, Memory testchips etc. 

Collaboration with design team to review testability, bring up test program, validation of test patterns and do characterization. 

Co-work with RD/PE/QR/design team to debug process/design related issues and failure diagnosis

Job description:

⚫ ATE memory programming ability (93K MTP/UltraFELX VBT)

⚫ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

⚫ Good spoken and written English is a plus

⚫ Good understanding of memory device and MBIST/DMA/repairing/scramble is a plus

⚫ Good interpersonal and communication skills

⚫ Self-motivated and excellent team spirit
