Responsibilities :
Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques.
 Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
Organizing events, training and conferences for the employees.  
Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.  Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.  
Overseeing the employee's termination process.  

Requirements :
Qualification: MSW/MBA
3+year of working experience .
General HR & Admin activities.
Outstanding knowledge of Labour laws and legal compliance.
Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
Good Excel Knowledge.
