Roles and Responsibilities
•    Recruitment of DST   Training and ensuring planned sales promotional activities .
•    Setting up of Retailer network for assigned area .
•    Marcom plan to be executed as planned .
•    Meeting Gross Acquisition Targets - Area-wise & Ensuring budgeted productivity
•    Coordination with connectivity /Service Team for connectivity and complaints management in assigned Area, as per predefined TAT  .
•    Ensuring Daily Collections  and Renewals .
•    Manpower attrition to be maintained below 10%.
•    Manage Retailer Activity and payouts to Retailer .
•    Ensuring Area-wise budgeted business  is delivered month on month .
