Location : Manipal

What to expect from the role?
-Acquire a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.
-Ensure correct services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
-Handling customer queries through calls.
-Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

-Good command on English, to communicate with international customers.
-Professional Attitude.
-Must be willing to work in US or Australia shift (9.00 PM to 6.00 AM OR 5.30 AM to 2.30 PM).
