Key Accountabilities::
•  Design, develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, key social media platforms, display advertising, app, email and other forms of direct and partner/alliances marketing and also in key offline. These campaigns need to evocatively tell our story of the product and the company and focus on driving the outcomes that matter build awareness, preference and hasten the rationale to buy
•  Design, build and maintain social media presence, channels with periodic and impactful campaigns. Measure and report performance of all these campaigns against stated goals RoI, KPI s, conversions
•  Identify trends, publish insights, build new growth plans, collaborate with internal teams to create new landing pages and optimize user experience.
•  Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all channels

Role Details:
•  Degree in marketing or communication with proven working experience in digital marketing
•  Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
•  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•  Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and A/B and multivariate experiments
•  Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., GA, Google AdWords, Marketo, WebTrends, SimilarWeb, etc)
•  Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
•  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
