We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. This includes managing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, preparing financial statements, and providing financial advice to management.

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Process payroll and ensure that all payroll transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis.
Conduct periodic reviews of financial performance and provide financial advice to management.
Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Participate in the year-end audit and tax filing process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards.
